29 October 2025, Twelve hours of collective effort, 606 participants across the Indian Ocean, and over USD 15,000 raised in support of local NGOs, the 5th edition of the Constance Generosity Challenge, organised by the Constance Foundation, once again united employees from across the group and guests of Constance Hotels & Resorts in a powerful, inspiring show of solidarity.
From 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Constance hotels and resorts in Mauritius, Seychelles, Maldives, Madagascar, and Rodrigues, together with Constance La Gaieté and Coroi Maurice, pulsed with the rhythm of this meaningful event. Reflecting a spirit of shared commitment and human generosity, each hotel gathered a team of 50 cyclists, a symbolic nod as the group celebrates its 50th anniversary this year who took turns throughout the day to cover as many kilometres as possible for a good cause.

For every kilometre completed, USD 5 was donated to a local NGO. This year, in Mauritius, under the banner of “Octobre Rose”, the international month dedicated to breast cancer awareness, funds raised were donated to Link to Life, a non-profit organisation dedicated to cancer prevention, early detection, and support for those affected.
Marking the group’s 50th anniversary, this year’s edition carried special significance. By the end of the challenge, over USD 15,000 had been raised across all Constance destinations, with Mauritius and Rodrigues contributing MUR 320,000 to Link to Life, a heartfelt reflection of the unity and compassion that define the Constance family.
“Generosity and commitment to our communities have always been at the heart of what we do,” said Vincent de Marassé Enouf, President of the Constance Foundation. “The Constance Generosity Challenge brings these values to life by uniting our teams and guests in meaningful acts of solidarity. Celebrating our 50th anniversary while continuing this mission is a true source of pride.”
