True by Nature

For us, sustainability is not a position. It is a practice. From the reefs beneath our overwater villas to the communities that bring our destinations to life, we are committed to protecting what makes each place extraordinary.

Sustainability is embedded in our operating model, not run as a standalone initiative.

It is integrated into our standards, processes and daily decision-making across every property, and managed as a core business priority, balancing performance, risk mitigation and long-term value.

We take a continuous improvement approach, reviewing, refining and adapting our practices to measure outcomes over time. Protecting our destinations, in turn, strengthens guest trust, stakeholder confidence and commercial resilience.

Our Mission

Constance Hospitality's sustainability mission is to embed responsible development principles into allaspects of our business, from the design and construction of our properties to the daily choices made by each of our 3,740 team members.

We are working towards our 2030 targets across four key areas: environmental preservation, community and social impact, responsible sourcing, and quality & governance.

Our Focus Areas

Sustainability embedded in our operating model since 2013: Green Globe certified, with six properties achieving Platinum status for environmental leadership.

Environment

We raise awareness among both team members and guests about environmental issues and the preservation of local cultures, embedding green initiatives across our hotels and workplaces and encouraging active participation in sustainable practices.

Energy, Water & Waste

We prioritise energy-efficient equipment and low-energy appliances, install sensors, regulators and water-saving devices across our properties, and use seawater desalination to support sustainable water use.

Green Procurement

We favour eco-friendly, energy-efficient products with sustainable design and ecolabelling, and purchase in bulk where possible to minimise packaging waste.

Destination Protection

We protect the natural and cultural heritage of each destination, promote local food, entertainment and culture, and offer guests locally made, eco-friendly souvenirs.

Marine Life Conservation

We prevent wastewater discharge into the ocean, support marine and coastal clean-up efforts, take part in coral planting initiatives, and raise awareness of reef-safe sunscreen use among guests and staff.

Biodiversity

We use organic fertilisers, practise efficient water use for irrigation, and source sustainably harvested seafood and agricultural products across our properties.

Business Ethics & Human Rights

We respect local populations and cultures, educate international staff on local customs and traditions, and adhere strictly to labour laws, with a zero-tolerance approach to child labour, harassment and exploitation.

Quality

Our Constance Minimum Standards ensure consistent quality, service and product standards across every hotel, supported by guest satisfaction surveys and prompt, transparent engagement with online reviews.

Workforce & Development

We invest in health and safety, employee training and satisfaction, and community engagement, building a workforce culture that supports long-term careers across the Group
