We are delighted to announce that four of our hotels, spanning our esteemed brands Constance Hotels & Resorts and C Resorts, have been honoured with the prestigious British Airways Holidays Customer Excellence Award for 2023.

Constance Halaveli, Constance Moofushi, Constance Belle Mare Plage, and C Mauritius have been recognised for their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests, making each stay memorable and every holiday truly unforgettable.

This accolade, based on impartial guest reviews, celebrates outstanding services, facilities, and customer experiences offered by hotels worldwide. Specifically, Constance Halaveli Maldives achieved an impressive overall score of 4.9/5, closely followed by Constance Moofushi Maldives with 4.8/5, Constance Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius with a commendable rating of 4.7/5, and our inaugural hotel under the C Resorts brand, C Mauritius, earning a notable score of 4.6/5.

Notably, Constance Moofushi has clinched the Customer Excellence Award for an unprecedented eight consecutive years, a testament to our unwavering dedication to exceptional hospitality.

Reviews are certified by Feefo, the world’s largest verified buyers review platform. British Airways Holidays customers are asked to rate their hotel based on location, service, cleanliness and sleep quality, as well as provide an overall score out of five. British Airways Holidays gathered 72,283 independent reviews in 2023 and is awarding 730 Customer Excellence Awards across the globe to recognise their top-rated hotels.
