The Fondation’s activities are guided by an annual programme approved by Constance Group’s Corporate Governance Committee and monitored through quarterly performance reports. This provides a considered framework for turning its ambitions into tangible action.

Moving together
That spirit of collective action comes to life each year through the #GenerosityChallenge at Constance Hospitality, now in its fifth edition.

The 12-hour non-stop spinning challenge brings colleagues together to raise funds for a charitable cause supported by Fondation Constance. For twelve hours, colleagues take turns on the bikes, keeping the wheels turning from one person to the next.

It is an energetic expression of something much deeper: the belief that everyone has something to give. It may be time. It may be energy. It may be expertise or financial support. What matters is the willingness to take part.

And when individual contributions come together, they can create an impact far beyond what any one person could achieve alone.
