To be won:
3 lucky winners will win dinner for 2 pax each including soft drinks, at their respective properties. The period of the dinner would exclude festive periods and is subject to hotel occupancy. The dinner must be claimed within 6 months of receiving the voucher.

Agreement to official rules
By participating in #LivingOurBrand Facebook competition, a promotional competition by Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The competition is open only to currently employed team members of Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf. Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf reserves the rights to verify employment of participants.
Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf has the right to reject any entry that does not meet these Terms and Conditions. All entries will be individually monitored before publication.
Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs, telephone malfunction or other such causes. Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf has no responsibility for any malfunction, delay, loss or damage caused by the Facebook website, its malfunction, or the actions of its administrators. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third-party web sites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information contained on Facebook misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.
All decisions made by Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf regarding #LivingOurBrand competition shall be considered final and will not be the subject of any correspondence.

Participation is only possible via Facebook.
How to participate:
Step 1: Like the FB page ‘Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf- Jobs and Careers
Step 2: Go on the FB Event #LivingOurBrand, on the page
Step 3: On the Event, Share a creative personal picture, with a small brief on the picture explaining how you live or lived our values at CHR
OR,
Share a personal story explaining how you live or lived our values at CHR, accompanied by a fun picture of you.
Add the hashtags #withconstancebemore & #LivingOurBrand
Step 4: Invite a friend to the Event
By participating in #LivingOurBrand competition, participants authorize Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf to publically announce his or her name on social media.
This competition is valid from the 18th September 2019 to 2nd October 2019.
Rights granted by you
By entering this challenge, you agree that:
Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf has the right to use all or a part of your entry, for future advertising, trade, promotion and publicity in any manner and in any medium now known or hereafter devised throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation and without notice to you and without consideration, review or approval from you; and you agree that you will not now nor in the future be paid for your Entry or for granting any of the rights set out in these Rules

Sincerity displayed
Excellence shown
Respect conveyed
Inventiveness of the picture/story
Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value, should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
The participant is informed, acknowledges and accepts that the following are not included in the prize and shall be borne by him/herself:
- Arrival and departure transfers for the dinner
- Any additional charges not included in dinner
Announcing the winners
The winners will be subsequently notified on 4th October 2019 by Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf through a post on the Event #LivingOurBrand.The prize cannot be exchanged or resold in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever, is non-refundable for cash either in part or a whole.
Exclusions
This competition is not open to anyone besides Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf employees. Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf reserve the right to disqualify entries that it suspects of being fraudulent. No third party or bulk entries are permitted and will be disqualified.
Participation in #LivingOurBrand challenge is voluntary. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any associated entry requirements. Any breach of these terms and conditions by a participant will void their entry.
Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. Constance Hotels, Resorts & Golf accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
